Haven't received your entire order? Well we have an easy explanation for that.
Simply put, we want to make the transit time for your order as short as possible, and therefore we have three warehouses; one on the west coast, one centrally located, and the other on the east coast. While we strive to keep stock of all products at each, sometimes products on order can ship from the different warehouses because of availability.
This of course means that one package could arrive before the other. Nevertheless, if you have any concerns, or want to gather that 2nd tracking number that you may not have been automatically notified of, please reach out to our support and engagement team!
